PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Serve as an Owner's Representative on complex projects with significant environmental implications
- Serve as Project Manager or Principal Investigator for any environmental project requiring senior level oversight
- Due diligence studies to limit liability and risk, improve financial performance, and avoid unforeseen conditions
- Construction “turn-around” management for projects experiencing cash flow, quality, or schedule problems
- Management of the decommissioning of surface and subsurface facilities subject to environmental closure requirements (i.e. USTs, LUSTs, & retired operating facilities)
- Management of construction staffing/contractor selection, scheduling, materials, inspections, quality assurance, and project accounting
